The villa benefits from a Provencal-style layout, a very well-kept garden in which to live under the sun of the Côte d'Azur, as well as a private swimming pool.
It is located a few minutes from the typical village of Valbonne.
You therefore benefit from the isolation of this village far from the hustle and bustle  the Coast while being only a few kilometer from the center of Cannes and the surrounding beaches. In addition, the garden, barbecue and swimming pool will allow you to enjoy a relaxing and friendly holiday.

The villa is composed as follows:

- 1 large living / dining room directly opening onto a terrace with garden furniture.
- 1 large fully equipped kitchen.
- 1 bedroom with double bed.
- 1 bedroom with King Size bed.
- 1 bedroom with double bed
- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed
- 3 bathrooms

The property has outdoor spaces fitted out with a shaded area which houses garden furniture and a table, a barbecue area with dining table as well, a swimming pool area.
 You can also park inside the property.

Check-ins are from 4pm, Late check-ins (from 8pm to 12am) will be charged 50€.
Check-outs are until 10am, they will be charged  100€ in the afternoon (subject to availability). late check out
