Lovely apartment near the Old Town of Le Cannet, ideal for family vacations, with friends, or for your business trips, just a 6-minute drive from the Palais des Festivals and the center of Cannes. This traversing apartment is located on the first floor with an elevator and can accommodate 4 peoples. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed that can be converted into two single beds if needed, along with storage space. There's a living room with a sofa that offers two single beds, a TV, and a terrace. An fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, etc., is also included. Additionally, a shower room with a toilet and a washing machine complete this property. Free street parking. Check-in is from 3 pm onwards, late arrivals (from 7 pm to midnight) will be charged 50€. Check-out is from 8 am to 11 am, departures before 8 am will be charged 50€, and after 11 am (subject to availability). Linen is included in the cleaning price
